Tai Chi Gung, also known as “a Simple Yoga,” is a moving meditation that stresses the importance of breath, movement, and focus. The name itself holds deep meaning: “Tai” meaning grand, “Chi” for the vital life force (qi, or prana) flowing through all beings, and “Gung” for the sacred temple of our bodies.
At its core, Tai Chi Gung is a practice that brings peace and vitality by connecting one to the Life Force in Nature. Through a series of simple movements along with the balanced breath, students feel this chi in their body, mind and spirit consciously.
As you practice Tai Chi Gung, you continue to raise your frequency higher by gently moving and breathing with Nature. This naturally puts space between your thoughts, anchors you in the present, and allows you to release any stress or anxiety you may be experiencing.
