3. Memberships and Subscriptions
- Access to certain classes, recordings, and community features requires active membership or subscription.

- Your membership will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

4. Free Trial and Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day free trial for new members. You may cancel your subscription anytime during this trial without being charged. After the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged for the selected membership plan. Refunds are not provided after the 7-day trial period has expired, except where required by law.
5. Payment and Billing
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Circle of Chi LLC to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and updating it as necessary.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Circle of Chi platform — including videos, recordings, course materials, eBooks, graphics, logos, and written text — is the property of Circle of Chi LLC or its content partners.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any part of the content without our written permission. Personal use and practice within the Circle of Chi community are permitted under your membership license.
7. Community Conduct
Circle of Chi is a space for learning, mindfulness, and respect. By participating in our community, you agree to:
- Engage respectfully with instructors and members
- Avoid sharing harmful, offensive, or promotional content
- Respect others’ privacy and boundaries
- Not use the platform for commercial, political, or unrelated solicitation purposes
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our classes, guidance, and content are for educational and wellness purposes only. They are not medical advice and do not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
Circle of Chi LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from the use or misuse of our Services. Use of all content and participation in physical or energetic practices is at your own discretion and risk.
